Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over the phone, answering inquiries and providing clear policy information.
- Assist with policy changes, updates, and claims processing with care and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed, organized records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and anticipate community needs.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional phone communication skills with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole (highly preferred).
- Active 4-40 insurance license (highly preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
